really? wow.
a customer can say ”stupid bitch, say goodbye to your job” to me, and then proceed to lie to a higher up, telling them that i called her a bitch, and it puts me at risk of losing my job. reason being that it’s just socially and politically incorrect to call someone a bitch as a employee with a name tag representing a company. it’s a pretty much universal policy. so anyone knows that they could complain about you, insisting you used curse words, and it WILL get you in shit. i find it pretty unbelievable that this bitch is capable of using a policy like that against an employee, because the very social indecency she falsely complained about she is guilty of herself. what the fuck is that.
